Attached are the notices for solicitation of vendors and for housing rehabiliation contractors to participate in the NSP3 program. Please print the appropriate application attached below and submit it with original signatures by mail or hand-delivery to the Health & Human Services Department, 20 N. Main Street, Room 161, Brooksville, FL 34601.
Guardian CRM, Inc. is our contracted agency that reviews all submitted applications for approval to participate. Applications will continue to be accepted until all NSP3 funds are obligated and expended.
